James began his 18-year career in the oil and gas industry at Pembroke Oil Refinery, later working with Kuwait Oil Company and ExxonMobil, UK. In 2005, he founded Crystal Sands Consult LLC in Arlington, Texas, leveraging his expertise in engineering, marketing, and business development.
